Your Role:

• Load components into surface machine feeders and prepare trollies
• Set up and load trollies into the machines
• Upload programs and configure conveyors
• Teach pocket picking and placement
• Set up paste printers and reflow ovens
• Operate the SMD/SMA/SMT line
• Perform disassembly tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in similar roles
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic English communication skills
• Attention to safety and quality standards
• Technical education is a plus, but not required
