Open Positions

Welder (MAG)
As a Welder, you’ll be responsible for high-quality MAG welding work based on technical blueprints and specifications.
Work is carried out indoors in a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:

• 90% MAG welding experience (other methods are a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience with structural steel (2–60 mm), plus aluminum and stainless/high-strength steel
• Ability to weld in all positions
• Responsible for own quality control (visual & fracture testing)
• English or Finnish communication skills
• Applicants must have the right to work in the EU

CNC Turning Machine Operator
As a CNC Operator, you’ll work with Okuma machines and handle CAM programming (e.g. Fusion 360) for single pieces and small series.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC turning
• Ability to program independently
• Knowledge of Okuma or FANUC systems
• Strong technical drawing reading skills
• CAM programming experience (Fusion 360 preferred)
• English or Finnish communication skills

Laser Cutting Operator
You’ll operate modern laser cutting machinery, ensuring precise cutting quality and efficiency in production.

Requirements:

• Understanding of different materials and their cutting behavior
• Strong technical drawing and measurement skills
• Knowledge of nesting and computer-based cutting systems
• Forklift and crane operation experience
• Quality awareness and attention to detail
