We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist who enjoys connecting people with opportunities and driving results in an international environment.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar and technical roles
• Identify and attract talent through headhunting, networking, and proactive sourcing
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a great candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring teams to define needs and deliver results
• Bring fresh ideas, improve processes, and share best practices
• Contribute to our employer branding and sourcing initiatives

🎯 Your Skills & Experience:

• You are passionate about recruitment and people
• Proven experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruitment (experience in staffing / temporary workforce leasing is a plus)
• You think strategically and adapt quickly to change
• You take ownership, act proactively, and turn challenges into opportunities
• You’re a team player with a strong can-do attitude
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (Russian is a plus)
• You’re constantly learning and sharing your knowledge with others
