🔧 What You Bring:

• Experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition (blue-collar recruitment is a plus!)
• Strong communication skills in English, Russian and Estonian
• Familiarity with sourcing tools, databases, and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
