About the role 🗣️

Join Finesta's dynamic HR team and be a key player in our mission to connect people with exceptional work opportunities. As a valuable member of our team, you'll play a big role in facilitating smooth communication with our candidates and supporting departments.

Your main responsibilities will involve identifying well-suited candidates for our clients and, when necessary, communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.

As part of your daily work you will:

• Communicate with our candidates across various channels
• Interview and present job opportunities to potential candidates
• Work together with your team members to identify new opportunities
• Respond to candidates and clients queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• Take ownership of incoming issues and escalate as necessary to ensure that issues are routed properly and resolved in a timely manner

About you 🙋‍♀️🙋
You’ll be a great match if you have previous experience as a Recruitment Assistant or Specialist whether in an agency or in-house. You are not afraid of communication and are ready to help our candidates in every possible way in English and Lithuanian language.

As a person, you are a team player who has strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
