We specialize in providing top talent for the industrial and manufacturing, Horeca, logistics, and IT industries, both locally and across borders.
Process temporary employee paperwork, including benefits enrollment and time off requests;
Accurately calculate employee salaries, overtime hours, and any other deductions. Besides, you should also be able to address any payroll-related queries the employees may have;
Respond to employees queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat;
Take ownership of incoming issues and escalate as necessary to ensure that issues are routed properly and resolved in a timely manner;
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor or higher degree
2+ years of experience in an administrative support role / payroll account’s role or similar role;
Excellent communication skills and creative approach to problem-solving;
Empathetic with good listening skills;
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Basic salary: 1300 – 1600 EUR net / month. We are flexible around the basic salary, dependent on the candidate's knowledge and experience.
