New Exciting Restaurant Opening in the heart of Vilnius.
Restaurant is creating a new gastronomic experience inspired by east Asian culture. At the heart of the project is a chef with over 30 years experience working in some of the world's greatest restaurants including Noma (Three Michelin Stars), RyuGin (Three Michelin Stars) Culler de Pau (Two Michelin Stars), Mugaritz (Two Michelin Stars) and Alchemist (Two Michelin Stars).
The venue has three distinct yet complementary spaces which playfully draw from each other allowing for a truly unique guest experience.
- On the first floor is a champagne bar featuring exclusive vintages from some of the finest champagne houses skillfully paired with Asian inspired small dishes.
- Venturing further into the space is a fine-dining restaurant, inspired by east Asian tradition and using both ancient and contemporary cooking techniques. There is an emphasis on high quality sustainably sourced produce.
- Sitting alongside the restaurant is a unique gastronomic bar concept focusing on the art of crafting signature cocktails which create a playful yet highly sophisticated and intimate experience.
We are looking for highly motivated and creative individuals, personalities with a passion for wine, spirits and cocktails, those who love creativity in cooking, and those who thrive from providing exceptional service. We’re creating a fun yet professional gastronomic journey for guests here in the heart of Vilnius.

Requirements:
• Previous experience within hospitality or service-based industry would be ideal but not essential
• Communication skills in written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a multi-functional, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Salary: €900-3000/month. Depends on position and experience.
