Finesta is looking for experienced CNC professionals to join modern metalworking in Finland!

We are recruiting skilled CNC operators who can independently program, set up and operate CNC machines, interpret technical drawings and take responsibility for the machining process.

Open Positions

1. CNC Machinist
Location: Joroinen, Finland

  • Machining large and technically demanding metal components.

  • Independent CNC programming, machine setup and operation.

  • Working with Heidenhain, Siemens and Fanuc control systems.

  • Manufacturing components according to technical drawings.

2. CNC Turner
Location: Rauma, Finland

  • CNC turning of individual components and small production batches.

  • Independent CNC programming and machine setup.

  • Working with Fanuc or Siemens ManualTurn / ShopTurn control systems.

  • Measuring and inspecting finished components to ensure quality.

3. CNC Miller / Machining Centre Operator
Location: Rauma, Finland

  • CNC milling and operation of Heidenhain-controlled machining centres.

  • Independent CNC programming and program modifications.

  • Selecting cutting tools and determining machining methods.

  • Machine setup, machining and quality control according to technical drawings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in CNC machining, turning or milling, depending on the position.

  • Ability to independently program, set up and operate CNC machines.

  • Good understanding of technical drawings and measuring instruments.

  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for finished products.

  • Accuracy, reliability and a proactive working attitude.

  • Finnish and/or English language
