We are looking for a Lithuanian-speaking TikTok Content Creator to help us grow Finesta’s TikTok presence in Lithuania.

About the Role

You will create short, engaging videos about jobs, careers, professional development and employment opportunities in Lithuania. You will have the opportunity to bring your own ideas to life and become the face of our Lithuanian TikTok account.

This is a flexible, remote opportunity that can easily fit around your studies, another job or other commitments. Previous professional experience is not required — your creativity, initiative and willingness to learn matter most.

What You’ll Do

• Come up with TikTok video ideas, with support from our marketing and recruitment teams.

• Film short-form videos in Lithuanian, including appearing on camera.

• Edit videos independently.

• Create engaging content about careers, jobs and employment opportunities in Lithuania.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to plan content and improve video quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Lithuanian, with the ability to speak naturally and confidently on camera.

• Comfortable communicating in English.

• An interest in TikTok, social media trends and short-form video content.

• Confidence in front of the camera and a willingness to appear in videos.

• Basic video-editing skills.

• Creativity, reliability and a proactive attitude.

You don’t need a marketing degree or previous professional experience. Students, aspiring content creators and early-career professionals are very welcome to apply.

What We Offer

Work Arrangement

This is a freelance engagement under an individual activity and service agreement arrangement in Lithuania. The selected candidate will be responsible for registering their individual activity, invoicing the company and handling applicable taxes and social contributions.
