What You’ll Do

  • Manage recruitment projects from sourcing to hire

  • Search for and attract candidates across multiple markets

  • Recruit for production and operational roles, as well as office and specialist positions

  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability

  • Build and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams

  • Improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or staffing

  • High-volume recruitment experience is an advantage

  • Fluent Estonian and strong English

  • Russian is a plus

  • Latvian, Lithuanian, or Finnish language skills are a major advantage

  • Strong communication skills and ownership mindset

  • Fast, organized, and solution-oriented way of working
