Human Resources Specialist (Norwegian language)
Finesta is looking for a motivated professional to join our team:
HR SPECIALIST (Norwegian language)
In this role, your daily tasks will include:
Handling HR-related requests through ticket system
Preparing HR documents such as employment contracts and amendments
Entering and maintaining HR data in internal systems
Answering employee and manager questions
Supporting employees and managers on various HR-related topics
Qualifications and experience:
Previous experience in HR, customer service, or working with data is considered an advantage
Strong Norwegian language skills, especially the ability to understand and communicate in writing
Daily work involves English language
Work arrangement:
Hybrid position, typically one office day per week (or once per month if located further away)
Flexible working hours, Monday–Friday, start and end times between 08:00 and 18:00
Additional details:
Temporary position from April until the end of December 2026, with the possibility of contract extension
