🔹 What you will do

As a Purchaser, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring material availability in line with demand and production plans

• Creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate data in the ERP system

• Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers

• Monitoring stock levels and planning timely reorders

• Resolving delivery, quality, and supply issues in cooperation with production, warehouse, and planning teams

• Preparing reports on material status, costs, and supplier performance

🔹What We Expect from a Candidate

✔ Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management 

✔At least 2 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a strong advantage

✔Background in Supply Chain or Sourcing is a plus

✔Relevant education in logistics is considered an advantage 

✔Strong negotiation, communication, and ERP/IT skills

✔Knowledge of any widely known ERP system is a strong plus

✔Structured, accurate, and deadline-oriented working style

✔Estonian – conversation and writing level

✔English – professional level (the role requires frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders)
