💼 Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage HR documentation (contracts, vacations, sick leaves, working time reports)
• Support onboarding and employee registration processes
• Maintain and update HR databases and systems
• Communicate with employees, client companies, and authorities
• Support cross-border employees with documents and permits
• Assist with accommodation logistics and daily HR administration

🔧 What We Expect From You:

• Strong verbal and written skills in Estonian, English, and Russian
• Confident user of Microsoft Office and interested in AI-based HR tools
• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Eager to learn and develop in the HR field
