We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist to join our team and drive hiring for blue-collar positions in Estonia and across Europe.

πΌ Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (from job briefing to offer acceptance)
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple markets and industries
- Build, manage, and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct in-depth screening calls and assess candidate suitability against job requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and engagement
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to align hiring priorities and timelines
- Monitor sourcing performance, report key metrics, and suggest process improvements
- Leverage social media, job boards, and direct search to attract the right talent
- Keep the ATS and candidate database up to date with accurate and detailed records
π§ What We Expect From You:
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing and/or full-cycle recruitment (blue-collar recruitment preferred)
- Proven ability to deliver hires within tight deadlines and high-volume environments
- Strong communication skills in English, Estonian, and Russian
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (ATS, LinkedIn, social media, job portals)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team
- Analytical mindset for tracking KPIs and improving recruitment strategies
- Proactive attitude and passion for connecting people with the right opportunities
