🧩 What You’ll Do
You'll be the go-to person for everything HR — from recruitment and onboarding to training, compliance, and employee development. Working closely with the Plant Manager and Cluster HR, you'll help implement meaningful initiatives that ensure our people thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Managing HR processes and documentation in line with local laws and group policies
✔ Supporting recruitment, training, and engagement activities
✔ Promoting a safe, transparent, and inclusive work environment
✔ Administering employee benefits and maintaining accurate records
✔ Driving positive change and assisting with plant audits and certifications

🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or business
✅ 2+ years of experience in HR management
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ethical, reliable, and empathetic character
✅ Fluency in English, Estonian, and Russian

📍 Office location: Lasnamäe, just a short walk from T1 Mall
🕒 Work schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
