Quality Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in collaboration with FLIR as a Quality Engineer. If you have a passion for quality, problem-solving, and innovation, this role is for you! 🌟

Responsibilities:

• Identifying components and materials subject to incoming inspection.
• Making component and finished product specifications available for Estonian plant functions.
• Organizing inspections of non-conforming components during the manufacturing process or performing the inspection yourself when necessary.
• Analyzing the quality of materials and components and contributing to the continuous improvement of suppliers.
• Communicating quality issues with relevant counterparts.
• Handling quality complaints to suppliers.
• Coordinating Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Managing customer claims.
• Overseeing the evaluation and claims warehouse locations.
• Participating in internal audits as an auditor.
• Preparing manuals for control operations and the management system.
• Managing the sample register.
• Arranging quality training sessions for production teams.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education.
• Quality-related work experience in a manufacturing company (electronics field is beneficial).
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Language skills:
  • English (C1) – spoken and written.
  • Estonian (B2-C1) – spoken and written.
  • Russian (B2) – spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office (experience with SAP is beneficial).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001/14001:2015.
