Sales Manager

We are looking for a driven, talented, self-motivated sales person to join our team and help drive our growth in the Finnish market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contacting and establishing partnerships with restaurants, cafes, hotels
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Making the right match and helping build a relationship between two parties – Candidates & Clients
- Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Network within HoReCa industry and professional organizations, trade shows and other events.
WHAT YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Previous experience in sales
- Comfortable with cold calling and cold reach outs via LinkedIn & email
- Experienced in identifying target leads, reaching out, and validating sales opportunities
- Polished communication skills, influencing, negotiating, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Good verbal and written communication in English
- A self-starter, keen, ambitious, and hungry to get results!
