Technical Manager

Main responsibilites:

• Managing and developing the technical department

• Ensuring equipment reliability and maintaining the maintenance system

• Leading technical development and investment projects

• Monitoring maintenance and investment budgets, as well as technical KPIs

• Ensuring the smooth operation of production, infrastructure, and technical systems

Our expectations:

• Higher education in a technical field

• At least 5 years of experience in production or maintenance, including team management experience

• Strong knowledge of technical systems and project management skills

• Proficiency in English & Russian OR Estonian & English

• Systemic thinking and a result-oriented work style
