Key Requirements:

🔍 Experience: Bring 2-3 years of hands-on experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting, to the table.

🗂️ Project Management: Showcase your proficiency in project management, demonstrating the ability to lead and guide a team towards optimizing manufacturing processes.

🔧 Engineering Background: A crucial element for understanding and analyzing the technical aspects of manufacturing processes.

🌍 Mobility: Be ready to travel between Estonia and Finland. Approximately one week per month will be spent in Finland, allowing you to be hands-on during crucial manufacturing phases.

🗣️ Language Skills: Communicate effectively in English, facilitating seamless collaboration in our international work environment.
