Main responsibilities:

• Receiving components both - physically and in the ERP system;
• Carrying out initial inspection of the received of components, printed circuit boards and mechanical parts;
• Creating complaints and sending defective goods to suppliers;
• Assigning components to production both physically and in the ERP system (material assignment in Wise);
• Accounting for returns from production and re-storing on the shelf;
• Inventory management of finished products (in ERP) and storage;
• Packing and sending finished products to customers, organization of shipment transport;
• Making indirect purchases (consumables, process materials) and keeping records of them;
• Carrying out inventories both physically and in the ERP system;
• Preparation of proposals for more efficient organization of warehouse work - both processes and layout;
• Material flow planning in cooperation with the factory manager/buyer and making suggestions for better material planning;

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar or related position in electronics manufacturing or related industry;
• Readiness to work with the ERP system, independence and knowledge of Estonian and/or Russian and English language at level of communication;
• Results driven and with positive attitude;
• Accurate, attentive and has a regularity, routine and stress tolerance;
